CIMsteel Integration Standards Release 2: 
Second Edition (2003)

The current set of publications that document CIS/2.1 are:

Volume 1 – Overview (SCI-P265: 2003)

Volume 2 – Implementation Guide (SCI-P266: 2003)

Volume 4 – The Logical Product Model (LPM/6) (SCI-P268: 2003)

Volume 5 – Conformance Requirements (SCI-P269: 2003)

Collectively, these documents define how data is represented, shared, and managed between the myriad of software applications used in the structural steelwork industry.
