EXPRESS Data Types

In EXPRESS every value (attribute, local variable or formal parameter) has an associated data type.

Types can be classified as either:

1) SIMPLE,

2) NAMED,
a) ENTITY TYPE, or

b) DEFINED TYPE
3) AGGREGATION,
4) CONSTRUCTED a) ENUMERATION, or

b) SELECT
