Internal mapping

only the name of the lowest level subtype shown in physical file
attributes appear in order of inheritance
e.g. #100 = CC (aa, cc);

External mapping

all entities in the inheritance graph named in physical file in alphabetical order of the entity name
attributes appear with their parent entity
e.g. #100 = (AA (aa) BB(bb) CC(cc));
